Teen Age and sexual relationships

Recently I have seen a video on face book which shows that’s it’s not save for girls to marry before the age of 18.According to the video it’s not safe for their health if they marry at the age of 15-16.

But,  what about the relationship at the age of 15-16? Is it safe for girls to have relationship at such young age?

Teenager’s relationships are very common in the west. With the wide use of internet the teenager’s issue of sex and love has been increased .They get into dating and relationship at a very young age.

In any teenager relationship the girls suffers badly although the boys are also affected but its puts a great negative marks on girls. The young girls are biologically immature. Their minds are not that much strong to distinguish between right and wrong. They feel affection for others due to their hormones push and sexual needs. So, at this stage they feel strong affection for the opposite gender and do such mistake that causes trouble for them in their future life.

At the age of 15-16 the young girls are very possessive about their partners, they get easily hurt. They fall into depression after break up. They depend a lot upon their partners for their happiness they seem to in circle their relationship around them .They often ignore their family, friends, studies and many other healthy aspects of life which often cause severe problems for them.

It has been estimated that 70% of the pregnant teen drop out of the school and half of them have jobs. Why is this happening? What happened to the teens? Why they are becoming so irresponsible?  That’s because they have been given too much freedom. They don’t have any  restriction and limits on them they are not answer able to any one not even to their parents and it is well said that access of very thing is bad.

Teens in the west use their freedom in a very wrong way. They have any easy access to internet on which they saw different idiotic and vulgar stuff pornographic videos and pictures are easily available to them. There are certain sites which educate them about physical relationship like sex and then what are we going to aspect from them? To be civilized, cultured, and well behaved personalities.

Of course they can’t remain silent after seeing all of this .We are leading a hoarse towards water and then what we aspect from him not to drink it? Most of the teens do sex for experience. They want to feel the thing they have seen and this is their age requirement. And once they practice it they can’t stop them self from doing it again as sins has a great attraction in it.

Now is this save for a girl to get into relationship and become pregnant at the age of 15-16?  Not even she is married. She is alone responsible for her condition because mostly their partners left them and run away? Is this condition better than being married at early age? Isn’t their health in risk now?

Of course they are at greater risk now. They are alone and had a great responsibility on them. Even their parents and family leave them alone they had to suffer financial problems, low self-esteem and many other problems.

While if they are married their husband can’t leave them alone and run away. Their family supports them she can have moral support and love of her husband and friends to pass through all the stages. She doesn’t have to feel regret or any financial problem.

Isn’t getting marriage at early age is better than being in a relation?

Teenager relationship is also a major source of spreading diseases like Cancers, AIDS, and SARPS. The HIV infections are also common among youngsters. According to CDC (the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) half of the African American between the ages of 13 to 24 is affected by HIV. Any kind of UN protected physical relationship leads towards AIDS. According to the kids health website one third of the HIV cases are the result of UN protected sex.

That is the reason why Islam is so against Zina (adultery, unlawful sexual relationships) it has been clearly mention in Hadees that when our holy prophet is on the journey to heaven he saw many punishment including adultery. It says

“So we went on, and came to something like a tan door (a kind of oven, lined with clay, usually used for baking bread). – I think the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, in that oven there was much noise and voices. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) added: – We looked into it and saw naked men and women. A flame of fire was reaching them from underneath, and when it reached them, they cried out loudly. I asked them, ‘Who are these?’ … The naked men and women whom you saw in a structure that resembled an oven are the adulterers and adulteresses.”

All of the above prove that it’s not good for teenagers to get into relationship at such young age. But there are some primary motives needs or desires that needs to fulfill.

In the west the concept of family system is almost over. A very few people live in a family and knows its importance. Mostly couples lives together for many years without marriage. They think marriage is not necessary. Living together without marriage save them from responsibilities, expenditure, being parents and family. They can separate without any bad feeling on both sides.

They even had kids which they can leave in a charity center or orphaned center if they think it’s UN wanted. Mostly raised by the women when their boyfriend leaves them.

But is this a humanity to leave your children like this ? What is the difference between animals and human then?

They behave like animals that just fulfill their needs and move away. Halal (legal) relationships differentiate us from animals. Can they imagine what life they are providing to the child who they have left in charity center? Can they imagine about their feelings when the child opens his\her eyes and thought of itself as UN wanted? Being unwanted is the world worst pain.

That’s the reason Islam has given utmost importance to marriage. There is no place of celibacy in ISLAM the prophet (S.A.W) has said in a Hadees

“There is no celibacy in Islam”.

So getting marriage is a religious duty in Islam. The prophet (S.A.W) used to said that when your children reach to the age of adulthood marry them. He also said

“O youth, whoever of you is able to marry, let him marry, for it prevents forbidden stares or lapsing in adultery. And if he cannot marry, let him observe fasting, for it is a shield against evil”.

Islam also give a lot of importance to the re marriage of widows and divorcee because it knows that by ignoring your primary needs the Satan (devil) will lead you towards sins.

These are the objectives of sex mentioned by Allah in the verse that reads:

“And among His signs is that He created for you mates from among yourselves, that you may dwell with them in tranquility, and He has put love and mercy between you. Indeed, in this are signs for those who reflect.” (Ar-Rum 30: 21)

So getting married before the age of 18 is not that much big issue if we follow Islamic instructions.  Islam has proved this through the marriage of Hazrat Aisha and Holy Prophet (S.A.W). She was nine years old when she got married. She was Holy prophet most beloved wife and one of the most educated and poises women in the Muslim ummah.

If we follow Islamic instruction we can save our society from many evil. We can save our children from being unwanted, save our societies from diseases like cancer, HIV etc. We can save our females from being misuse.

As Islam is a complete code of life it contains instructions related to every field of life so proud to be a Muslim and try to follow Islamic instructions.
